RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Products ordered should be received within 7-10 business days. In the event of a backorder, the item will ship upon arrival to Bedroom Kandi’s warehouse.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Many of our lovely products do come with a limited warranty. Please refer to your product’s instruction manual to identify warranty coverage.
Bedroom Kandi warrantees a product for a specific period of time.
This may differ by product. Warranty coverage begins from the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.
In the event that this product fails during the warranty period, simply contact us through bedroomkandi.com/contact and provide us with a valid proof of the date of original purchase and we will replace the faulty product at no extra charge. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or other use not in accordance with this instruction manual. Any attempt to open or take apart this product or its accessories will void the warranty.
